Pedicure and manicure was done well, with cuticle removal and filing done the way I asked. The nail polish application, on the other hand, was horrible. The multiple layers of varnish were visibile stacked on top of each other and the nails looked like a pile of chubby pancakes. Moreover the borders of the nails were so uneven it looked not professional or tidy at all. The first time I went to this salon I had a Shellac done and I have to say, I was extremely satisfied with my experience. This time however, maybe because the staff person was different, I wasted time and money and had to remove my nail polish as soon as I got home. Disappointing

they say takes 40 mins for acrylics but it takes longer as I don't think this includes drying time etc

Very good equipment and very clean. Manicure and pedicure was thoroughly done and very good nail polish application. Plenty of staff so i meant that my treatments were finished in timely manner.

Pedicure was good but not luxurious. Massage chair a major highlight, plus a huge range of OPI colours. Salon is clean and bright. If you're looking for atmosphere or a chat, this is not the place for you. If you're looking for zero engagement with a decent pedicure as a result, a moment for you and your headphones or a magazine, you'll be happy.
