Issues with pricing soured my 4th trip to the salon.
Service with regard to the quality of work is first class as always, however upon leaving the salon I was questioned about payment (having paid online with PayPal and the £5 review discount) and told I’ve had two colours so it’s an additional £11!
Give by that this is my 3rd ombre infill and have paid the same price every time something was definitely amiss. Also, the definition of ombré is a tonal shift from one colour to another, so how could it ever be just one?
Anyway, apparently the price list is £32-£55 for an ombré infill - no idea what would constitute a charge of £55 for an infill but they definitely need to make it clearer when booking and on the price list, being a relatively new but loyal and punctual customer I was not impressed.
