Great as always
Flexible, efficient and quick.
I have to start by mentioning that I do my nails with normal nail polish and shellac so I am very picky when I pay to have it done. I am not a random customer doing this once in a while, and what didn't go well with me may be okay for other customers. For my first full set I was very happy, I got 2 nails repaired with white tips and acrylic on the top of mine so that they would stop breaking. My first infill wasn't as good as my nails ended up very bulky, very far away from the very fancy flat manucure I had the first time. And this was two weeks after the full set, I also had the shellac top coat to finish. The person doing ("Practitioner 1", sorry I am not sure of their names) it was obviously not as experienced as the other practitioners and I'm not sure her English was fluent, which could explain why I didn't get the results I intended to get. For my second infills, I broke one nail in between and had put nail polish on the top so that the growth and break wasn't too obvious. I asked for the break to be repaired. Because it wasn't filed properly, we could still see the break in transparence. For my third infill, after a week, I just wanted to have my nails looking fresh and shinny, and a little shorter. Unfortunately I may have not been clear as when I left my nails were very short (the whole growth was filed) , but the result was overall very good this time. My nails are thin, flat and shinny. The only thing I would say is that you must be very clear with what you want, and you have to check in between that it was clear as the result you get is quite random and depends on who is doing it (for example, you don't always have the nails filed under them, to avoid thickness). I don't know if it's a language issue, but all the staff is consistently speaking Chinese and some practitioners' English is very basic, making me think that it could be the reason why I don't always leave with the result I want. Being French I understand that it's easier speaking in our own language but it would be nicer for the atmosphere and clients if English was spoken in the shop. And information exchanged to confirm the instructions were clear. I don't very like having to check the work of my practitioner when I'm having a treatment, I like to trust people, and it makes me feel uncomfortable to have to stop the manucure several time to check we understood the same thing or that my actual practitioner is doing like the other ones I had before. Another thing is that I forgot my fidelity card and asked for a new one, I would have appreciated that they had remembered me and add an extra stamp on my fidelity card, but this is a lot to ask if they have new clients all the time. I will give it another try next time, but the infill plus shellac being 31£, it's a little expensive for a mitigated result and clients having to check their nails during the treatment. As the two people I liked are not available to book on treatwell I won't book through the app next time. But I think people should be aware of those things before coming to have their nails done.
Very through, detailed & beautiful results, really happy with my nails.
Would go back again! Very happy and got lots of compliments!
