I arrived on time with my colleague we had booked to have our nails done during our lunch hour. When we arrived it was packed I had to wait ten minutes before I was seated. Halfway through my appointment the guy who was doing my nails was called away to repaint another customers nails. I had to change from normal polish to shellac as I didn't have time to wait for normal polish to dry and had to pay £10 extra.
Although my nails look great and I'm happy with the overall look I think the salon need to work on time management. If I make my appointment for 12 and arrive 5 minutes earlier I don't mind waiting 5 minutes but and extra 10 o top of that isn't acceptable.
