This was my second visit to this salon after a really good experience before Christmas.
This time was completely the opposite. My gel nails have already started to chip (less than 24 hours after my appointment) and so my nails for my 2 week holiday now look a mess.
Also when I was ready to leave I explained that I had already paid via Treatwell but they demanded I show them the emails proving I had already paid. They had no record on their system that I had paid.
Very poor customer service and poor quality gel nails.

I arrived for my booked but my treatment did not start until over half an hour later when someone asked me what time I had booked. Before then nobody asked me what time I was supposed to be Booked in at. It looked like the salon had started walk in treatments just before I arrived for my pre-booked appointment meaning I had to wait until they were finished.
The nails were fine and good value but it doesn't appear that the booking system was working very well here.
