Do not book a lash lift! The therapist over-process my lushes and the effect is terrible. They look awful :( unnaturally bended. After now after 3 weeks from the treatment is still bad, even worst than before as lashes are bending in all different directions. Avoid this place

Not sure whats happening lately but the customer service deserve 0 stars. It used to be so much better.
Floors were very dirty despite it being very quiet.
I got the shellac removed from my hand and feet ahead of having surgery tomorrow, asked if they could cut my cuticle and they told me I’ll have to pay £26. Jokes.
