I’ve been getting my nails done here for a few months now but definitely won’t be anymore. They always rush my appointments which means my nails chip way to quickly for the price. They always add extra charges at the end for the most minor thing. The staff are always rude, laughing and talking with each other (clearly talking about customers). Also once you start to look around all the services and equipment they use, it looks like it’s not been cleaned in months. Worst nail salon in London.
