Nice facility but deeply underwhelming treatment. The “facial” was more of a cleanse. No mask, no scrub, no facial massage. Not terrible but I wouldn’t recommend it even at a cheaper price.

I visited the spa on the 13/08/19. The spa its self is very cosy and very clean. My therapist April had the hands (and personality) of a Goddess. She was very attentive and very through. My reasons for giving my experience 4 stars is on the date of my treatment the sauna was not working. Also there was a technical fault with the salt room, which resulted in me having to wait two hours to experience this. However the staff made me feel very special as it was my birthday!

Overall and atmosphere was hood but the treat was a gift and it would have been nice if I could pay to upgrade and get more things for myself
