My second time visit and I am very happy with the saloon and the service. I received a Hollywood hot wax and it was perfectly done. The treatment lasted 15 min.

Shape of brows were great and they were not threaded too thin. Waxing however seemed incomplete as there were still stray hairs remaining I had to later clean up by myself.

Beautician was 20 minutes late back from her lunch break so kept me waiting.
When she finally started to wax she wanted to use strip wax for the whole thing, despite me ordering and paying for hot wax. I told her I wanted hot wax so she used that for the underneath with persuasion (worrying as I was then scared she didn't know how).
Despite ordering (and reminding) that I wanted a Brazilian she did a Hollywood with an "oops" as a response.
Didn't offer to do the back like I would normally expect when having a Brazilian.
Very painful, left bruised and sore.
Now 2 days later and bruises still visible.
This is a real shame as I am a regular at this salon. I didn't recognise the lady and as I was leaving I was told she was covering as the other girls are on holiday. Before you book, please call and check that the usual ladies are back!
Price also went up from £25 to £28, so I had to pay more than usual for this awful experience.
