Alberto was absolutely lovely, made easy conversation and gave good advice on how to restyle my hair. Only problem was that although I had booked a wash and cut for £29.75 at the end he said he'd just blow-dry my fringe to see how it would sit. He went on to do a full blow-dry and ended up charging me £45. I really don't like it when extra services are given without asking or making it clear of the additional charge. I'd booked with these guys because the last-minute wash & cut appointments were so reasonably priced.
