My eyebrows were not even in the end (waxing error) but Alex was very gentle and good at understanding exactly which shape I required with minimum explanation. I will return and I'm positive it will go perfectly next time.

The beautician didn’t hold my skin taught when waxing, so it was a more painful experience. It also felt quite slapdash. However, the end result was great and it was a good price for everything.
