Friendly staff, I had a lovely time and she styled my hair wonderfully (which doesn't happen a lot when you have such a lot of thick hair) I'll be going back again.

Great experience at Clarity's, they were helpful when I got a bit lost trying to find them, and were very welcoming when I arrived. The hairdresser, Rudi, listened to what I wanted and gave advice and did a really nice cut. She also spent ages blow drying it all in big curls which looked amazing! I had already paid through Treatwell and there was no extra charge so it was very easy. Ill definitely be back :)

Many people told me this hairdressers were not good, my experience was so so, the staff cutting my hair seemed pleasant enough, basic conversation of question and answers really, my cut was simple, i did not have my hair blow dried (at my request to keep it from heat damage and products).... i just had the basic cut to remove damage, i had no problems with this hairdressers, but the girl who washed my hair did not wash it properly, there was still so much shampoo in my hair, and i had to tell her so, when i told her-her efforts to rinse it off was pitiful, and there was still shampoo in it, she did not put any conditioner on the hair, and started to proceed to comb the hair from the top, pulling at the tangles and it was an awful experience, i kept groaning from the pain of her combing tangled hair (this could have been prevented by a little bit of conditioner), anyway, this was the only bad experience, i never realised that the conditioner was extra. but i did not buy it.
