Second visit. The hairdresser was rude and unfriendly. Complete contrast to my first visit when a different stylist had cut my hair, he was lovely.
Haircut itself - agreed with her that it was to be straight along the bottom - she disregarded this and has cut into the length making it look thin. By the time I got home it was limp and dirty. Overall a disappointing return visit.

Claritys is in a great city centre location and its a large salon. There was no waiting time at all, I was seen as soon as I arrived and my wash, cut and blow dry straight was completed within a speedy 45 minutes to a satisfactory standard. I would return again.
