The staff were very nice and attentive and considering I only made booking 1hr before going into the shop, it was really great service. However, my only complaint is that the hair cut was not done as I asked. I brought the picture and asked for specific style I wanted, but the outcome was not the best one. But overall, very good experience.

Was seen on time and warmly welcomed by staff. Ainsley was lovely and really attentive to what I wanted. Despite apparently being understaffed that day, all staff were really nice and I felt attended to at all times. Very happy with my haircut! Will definitely be coming back.
