First time visit to Clarity's and first hair cut in Manchester since moving here so you can imagine the nerves! But it was great, Victoria took everything in to consideration and I loved the finished look!

The floor was not clean, the hairdresser did not listen to what I wanted. When I asked her for advice she said that is is my preference. I told the hairdresser that I am not sure how much shorter I want my hair, so she told me that I have to remember that the hair will crop up once they are dry. She did not take into account my curls and when she dried my hair she did not even asked how I wanted them, she just straightened them. When I told her I am not happy and I would like to have them shorter she said I would have to pay double because she would have to wash my hair again. The whole experience was horrible. She just did not cut my hair right and the customer service was very bad. I was very disappointed and would not advise anyone to got there ever!
