Haircut was very good, staff were very friendly. My only downside (and this is not their fault) was that it's very big with lots of staff so didn't feel like the best atmosphere

I admit my hair was greasy and I did tell Cathy it needed a really good scrub, but even though she washed it 3 times it felt more like a tickle than a good proper wash. I did ask her to scrub it aswell. So depsite having a blow dry on Fri lunch it was greasy on Sat morn.

Brilliant blow dry: the stylist was lovely. Quick, efficient, bit of chat, cuppa offered. But the quality of the blow dry was utterly superb: stayed in from Friday afternoon through to Sunday evening. Will be back!
