I got full head highlights and a haircut and absolutely loved it. All the staff were lovely and the products they use are great and smell amazing. Hairdresser was really helpful and knew what she was doing. Would highly recommend this place
I really felt listened to when we discussed what I wanted and they gave me various options. I ended up having a full head bleach, tone and cut. There was a team of people working on me and I was impressed with their speed and skill. I'm rarely happy after the hairdressers but I was beaming when I left. Unfortunately, the back of my top was stained when the bleach was washed out so I won't wear something I care about when I get my roots done.

So disappointed. Firstly the stylist barely spoke to me which I found very off putting. I was going out that night so got my hair blow dried curly but 10 mins out of the salon and it was poker straight again. Unfortunately I didn't realise this until I was in the taxi home (the stylist also didn't show me the back of my hair like they usually do so I had no idea what it looked like anyway). Called to complain and they offered to redo it but I was already home and didn't have time to come back in. I was told that my hair was fine when I left so I couldn't get a refund. Basically paid £16 to get my hair washed. I'm not from Manchester and only went here because of the great reviews but I won't be going back to a place that treats their customers like this.
