The floor was not clean, the hairdresser did not listen to what I wanted. When I asked her for advice she said that is is my preference. I told the hairdresser that I am not sure how much shorter I want my hair, so she told me that I have to remember that the hair will crop up once they are dry. She did not take into account my curls and when she dried my hair she did not even asked how I wanted them, she just straightened them. When I told her I am not happy and I would like to have them shorter she said I would have to pay double because she would have to wash my hair again. The whole experience was horrible. She just did not cut my hair right and the customer service was very bad. I was very disappointed and would not advise anyone to got there ever!

I really like my hair cut, and it was definitely a great bargain for the price I paid.
I was quite disappointed with the service however. I arrived with a frosty welcome and it felt a bit rushed.
Hairdresser didn't speak to me throughout the cut, but if you're not really chatty then that's not necessarily a bad thing.
Next to me, another girl was getting her hair cut, and while the hair was still wet she said she thought it wasn't quite short enough. The hairdresser said if it's just a little bit too short, it will raise when dried so let's do that then you can see if it's okay. The girl agreed, they dried the hair, then she said no, sorry, it's still too short. The hairdresser then told her if she wanted her to cut it shorter she would need to pay for a second haircut!
Obviously she didn't want to pay for two haircuts, so paid for the one haircut which she wasn't happy with and left! Thought this was awful!
