Employ staff that are not rude. I hadn't even left the salon and the hairdresser I had was talking behind my back thinking I couldn't hear!

Really loved my last minute trip to Clarity's for makeup and haircut and blow dry, was taken care of very well and even though I'm very indecisive the girls helped me choose a good cut and makeup style. Will definitely be back!

Had my hair cut done with Cathy, really happy with the result and my hair is under control now :) Cathy explained what she's going to do in details and I'll come back to have the hair cut with her next time.
However, I think the staff should have washed my hair gently as I felt pain when she was washing my hair.
