My treatment was fantastic. I often find it difficult to let go and it can take me a while to trust in a practitioner, but with Clare I instantly was able to just relax. She really puts you at ease so I felt I got more from the treatment.
Clare asked me a few questions about how I'm feeling generally and where I hold my tension and it felt lovely and personal instead of being rushed and vague. The massage itself was spot on, the pressure was just right and I'm feeling so much better now. Thank you.
Clare is a fantastic masseur. For those looking for a serious deep massage that gets deep into your bones Clare is the one. I absolutely love coming to her and eagerly anticipate her asking me what area would I like her to focus on. She then goes to town, mercilessly kneading out those knots! You come out of it feeling rejuvenated from deep inside. Parts that were tight now super wobbly with that pleasure ache! Don't be surprised if you dose off in bliss

Deep tissue massage
I have a good few problems with a twisted spine causing a whole domino effect on my legs, back and neck muscles, and knowing Clare's exceptional training background I decided to put myself in her hands. She released much of the tensions, stiff-nessess and blocks and I felt better and moved freer than I had done for a long time. This was extremely pleasurable on top of the health issues. I would highly recommend Clare to anyone, any age.
