Really pleased with the physio treatment,
Christos was clearly very knowledgeable and helped identify the root cause of my wrist pain from the first session. The exercises he recommended were just perfect for me and I could see an improvement quickly, then eventually the pain went away. I would definitely recommend his services and professionalism.
