Christos has now straightened my legs and feet so I now have arches back in my feet. Now strengthening my left knee while I can continue to exercise with weights at the same time. Christos is very patient and calm while determined to correct the problem. He explains that if you experience pain from trauma in one part of the body the issues may actually arise somewhere else. He is very skilled and meticulous and determined to solve your individual concerns and problems.
