A very clean and welcoming place to choose for a treatment. Stelios helped me to deal with a long-lasting pain in my neck and back due to many hours in front of the screen and stress issues. Over the years I have tried many therapists but Stelios is the one that I can recommend. After a number of sessions, where he used apart from massage, cupping, acupuncture, reiki etc., I can feel and move my body again!

My left knee ACL injury is still repairing but Christos provides lots of help and advice. He has also been working on my intercostal muscles after a recent asthma flare up due to a viral infection. I really appreciate the time and trouble that Christos takes in going through everything with tips on improving my posture and general well-being.
