I came in in a lot of pain I could barely move my neck and the deep tissue massage treatment was so thorough, you could tell a lot of skill and experience went into it. I will definitely be booking again.

Christos is an exceptional physio. I’ve seen many over the years, but none match his depth of understanding. He looks at the whole body, finds the root cause, and fixes it. I had rounded shoulders, a forward neck, and functional scoliosis from poor posture. Over the past few months he’s completely changed my alignment and body. He’s far beyond the standard physio approach — truly next level.
