Continuing treatment to my right knee - Christos is now making significant progress. Soreness is reduced. I can walk without limping, able to go up and down stairs with minimal trouble and dress without contortion! Christos explains why the damage has occurred and continues to realign my leg muscles, improving my gait and correcting posture problems. Also treating trapped nerve in left shoulder which is improving. Christos excels at explaining joint damage, how it happens and how to correct it.

Christos is working magic with my right knee, which is now on the road to recovery! I'd recommend Christos for helping to assess postural problems and helping to provide treatment for long-standing muscular and joint issues. Christos is patient and kind in explaining treatment required and what needs to be done. It may not be pain free due to the deep tissue massage required but the results are worth it.
