Christos is very experienced and his main goal is to fix the problem as quickly as possible. Even on more serious issues that I had over the years I have seen big improvements in just one or two sessions.

I am a runner and had struggled with a calf injury for months which was never resolved through rest or other physios.
When I first saw Christos, he diagnosed the issue straight away and treated it successfully over a few sessions. He is an exceptionally talented practitioner that I now see regularly for injury prevention.
I cannot recommend Christos enough - the impact of his treatments on my sport performance and general wellbeing is hard to overestimate.
