I was really happy with my blonde highlights. I've been looking for a place that does good blonde for nearly 1.5 years and finally found it here and it's £40 cheaper than most salons. Nice and natural colour. Cinzia understood what I wanted straight away. I also got my brows tinted and she waxed them for free! Really happy.

the woman who did my wax was chatty and very friendly it was a hugely quick but effective process. the salon is quite basic and and a bit shabby, but the treatment overall was great.

Civette is very reasonably priced. I didn't get the haircut that I wanted - she showed me one inch and then cut off almost 5! They also offer no refreshments. I went there on the hottest day of the year and wasn't offered a glass of water. Overall, the experience is fine if you just need a haircut, but it's not particularly relaxing/pampering, and there is a lot that could be done better.
