The salon were not aware of my booking when I arrived. I had to wait 15 minutes for my appointment. The room was also quite dirty.

This was my second visit here. The hair colour is lovely but the experience was a bit rushed due to booking issues. This was a shame as I had wanted to also get a cut but there wasn't time. I also think the colour should have had a bit longer to develop as it's not quite as strong as last time. Would return though and hopefully to a slightly more relaxed experience!
