Tina is by far the most thorough waxing beautician I have ever had, and I really care about leaving no hair unwaxed. She also takes care to reduce the pain and apply post-wax cream to soothe the skin. The bed is warm which is quite comforting and the room has more 'beauty technician' than 'beauty spa' vibes, but still nice. The only down side was I had a bit of wax left on my legs. Overall, very pleased with the experience - i think i found my new regular!
