I can’t recommend Michele enough. He made my hair a gorgeous baby blonde colour with balayage. The cut is amazing and I left the salon feeling like a million dollars. He really listened to the colour and style I wanted, and advised me on how to treat my hair between salon appointments. He took his time with the whole process as lockdown meant I was almost completely back to my natural colour. I felt so relaxed and knew he understood it what I wanted. 5 star, highly recommend Civette! Can’t wait to book in again for the Summer.

Awful and the complete opposite of what I wanted - asked for natural highlights and instead had my whole head of hair essentially dyed yellow with prominent thick yellow streaks at the front. Awful atmosphere, staff complaining about customers asking how much longer to wait after waiting forever, moving customers from chair to chair and when I did bring up that it was wasn’t what I wanted I was basically rushed out. Trying to get far too many customers in and out like cattle and then making them feel uncomfortable. Not a nice environment at all. And the weird bit, I had my hair wrapped with cling film instead of tinfoil!?? Is that even legal?

Very good experience. Really good customer service. I am really happy with my new hair ! I received a lot of compliments. Very professional and attentive to your wishes. I highly recommend and I will definitely come back.

This is my first time at Civette and they did an amazing job with my hair. I would definitely use them again, everyone was so nice and friendly and they were brilliant considering how busy they where. Loved the blow dry too!
