The staff are lovely but I think they’re over stretched. I was asked to arrive early for my appointment but there was still a backlog of customers and I was kept waiting for 15 minutes. The salon was crowded and the atmosphere quite hectic. I have a very sensitive scalp and my hair is fine and prone to falling out; as such, I asked for the hairdresser to be as delicate as possible with the brushing/drying process but this request was not really listened to and the whole process was very rushed.

I am really disappointed about my experience at Civette. The salon was really dirty and I had to wait standing at the middle of the salon with wet hair because they had no seat available after my shampoo... The staff doesn’t speak good English and didn’t understand what I wanted. After that, I tried to call 3 times to book a new appointment to fix my hair and the manager never called me back...
