Absolutely horrendous treatment. Personally I don’t feel she knew what she was doing and as a result she hurt me. Ripping off some of my skin causing bleeding and discomfort.

Lorraine was very friendly and explained everything she was doing. She even put an extra conditioning treatment on my hair. Would definitely recommend this place & would definitely be back.
