A fantastic wax! Will definitely be back.

My waxing was great. Even after a mix up Lorraine managed to fit me in and was so lovely and welcoming. She used strip wax for the hollywood and bikini wax, whereas previously I have only ever had the hard wax. However although I'd been told it was better with this wax I found Lorraine's method of strip wax much easier, quicker, less painful and gave a cleaner wax with less need for picking the broken wax. Very good value for money and incredibly friendly and very effective wax. Highly recommend.

Well where do I start?.... At first it was only suppose to be a one off Groupon voucher that I had purchased for my mum & 2 years later we are still going back. Lorraine & Scotty are absolutely brilliant, so professional, give the best advice, great hair and have become our friends. My mum & I travel 50 minutes there and back as we cannot get the service they provide anywhere else. Fantastic hairdressers & brilliant company. Here's to many more years to come.

Hellloooo! I went in last week for the brazilian, underarm, and full leg package. Lorraine was awesome! I forgot to ask whether she uses hard wax or strip wax for Brazilian when I called to verify the booking and to verify my fears, they use strip wax. Lorraine could see the fear in my face and asked if I've had a bad experience with strip wax for a Brazilian before and I told her about my horrendous experience and why I always make sure to use hard wax. Since I had already paid I decided to just do it and I can honestly say my faith has been restored in strip wax haha! SHE WAS AWESOME!!! The brazilian, hollywood, and underarms were all finished in about 40 minutes. Because I hadn't waxed or shaved my legs in a while, a lot of the hairs broke and I was left with some short hairs but I was warned about this when she began. I left very happy and satisfied and will be returning. Lorraine is very patient and will definitely talk to you to ease you if you are concerned or in my case afraid of anything. THANKS FOR THE FAB JOB!
