I was really happy with the root colouring and Lorraine was lovely. Unfortunately the same couldn’t be said about the hair cut, it was much shorter then we’d agreed and it was uneven. I had to cut a bit of hair myself when I got home because it had been missed and also have a couple of sections that are a few inches shorter then the rest
