I had a great experience. My wonderful stylist was amazing, so caring and helpful. She asked me several times if I was thirsty and got me tea and water, made sure to use different keratin treatments on my normal and on my coloured hair (she said no need to use the harsher treatment on the undyed hair) and gave me a great cut, too. Finally, I have had the Brazilian Keratin treatment many times and my hair has never been this soft before! Super happy!
