Although the salon is quite busy, the staff was attentive, friendly and receptive. The hairdresser heard me out and gave her recommendations as well. The haircut itself didn't take too long and I was quite satisfied with the result. Definitely give it a try if you are looking for a decent salon in the heart of the City,
