The treatment itself (i had an underarm wax) was fine, quick and painless. The lady who treated me did come across as slightly abrupt at times to the point where I nearly said something. But other than that it was fine! I would go back.

I'm really angry at my experience today. The lady who massaged me performed the massage well but her customer care was bad. So bad I actually want a refund! She walks in an complains I had a facial first, she then complains my clothes are in the way. The final straw she finishes the massage and leaves! She pops back in to see if I'm alright but I end up just walking out of the venue without any notice! I get no information about my facial treatment nor what was used on me in the massage. It's totally NOT on when the price is rated at a premium. I would welcome the opportunity to speak to the manager.
