I liked the service as it was fast and efficient, however the room did not look very clean and it didn’t have a nice smell as they usually have. I have a feeling that the ladies that work there are extremely busy and do not have enough time for an efficient room cleaning. The music was a bit to loud as well. Overal I was very happy with Rupal’s service as she was fast, efficient and nice.

First time in my 15y long waxing experience that I felt it was too painful, and I'm extremely good with pain! The way she's doing waxing is completely wrong and I really hope someone will show her how to do it, I'm certainly not going back,it was a torture rather then waxing! This was my 2nd visit and first time I was pleased with my beautician so maybe rest of them are good, too, but unfortunately I don't know her name.
