I had a pretty average massage. It was over five minutes short which was a little annoying but apart from that it was fine.
My issue was more with the room itself, the massage table was literally falling apart under me, so I was quite distracted by white flakes everywhere, even all over my forehead when I stood up. There was no music which would have been a lot more relaxing.

Painful buffing when removing shellac, no ambience, very dark, couldn't give me the nail shape I wanted even after she tried 3 times. Didn't wipe nails on one hand, but did the other one. Not good value for money. Very limited choice of shellac colours
