The staff were very friendly but unfortunately my hollywood wax was quite unsatisfactory. When I got home and checked properly there were a number of areas and strays that had been missed. I'm afraid I will not be coming back again.

The girl wasn't professional and it was the worst waxing that I ever had! Really painful!

staff seemed annoyed that I was simply there. zero effort on the bikini wax. I had to remind her to do an area which she was going to skip. wouldn't go again
