Is was my second time in cleo clinic, the first time was ok therefore I thought it was worth giving it another go as the location is very convenient to me. However, after this time I have certainly made my mind: the service is not really professional, the lady who attended me seemed to be rushing to finish as soon as possible, she didn’t even bother putting some cream after the waxing. I must say she accomplished the job, and the outcome was not bad but the overall experience was just not what you would expect in a clinic with such prices. A little bit more attention to the client would be definitely recommended.

Beautician was great. She was friendly and efficient. The card machine was not working so everyone was being asked to go to the cash machine for payment but other than that everything was good.
