The experience was great as usual. Quick and clean. However, the smell in the room was a little too strong at the beginning. Apart from that the staff was amazing and the waxing was done quickly and efficiently.

Booked a Hollywood wax for the last appointment of the day. Arrived and there were 2 people in there and a bunch of young children running around. I was shown into a room which had stained towels in it, no music or relaxed atmosphere. At the start of my treatment the therapist said she wanted to use hot wax instead of warm wax which I agreed to but she failed to tell me it was going to cost me £5 extra until the end. It was painful, which it isn’t normally, and she failed to get a lot of the hair. The children were running down the corridor shouting during it and at the end when I was getting changed one of them burst into the room, as I was half naked. All in all a terrible experience and I will never return.
