Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience. The appt was very rushed. My nail was already broken before the appointment so I asked whether it could be quickly cut down - instead they glued my nail together with false nail glue! When I got outside I also realised there was basecoat left on most of my nails. Shellac removal is a simple job that if done well could encourage another visit - I won’t be returning I’m afraid.
