Staff were friendly and the place was nice, however waxing was done rather slowly, this can make it more painful. I was not offered disposable underwear for my Brazilian wax, this made me uncomfortable and I decided not to go ahead with the full treatment but was still charged. I was, however, offered a hot wax for the bikini line so I guess that compensates.

The staff didn’t know what treatment I had booked & the used the same stick multiple times in the wax on bikini area had loads of missed patches of hair left & wax wasn’t cleared off properly wouldn’t go back

Nice clean salon with polite staff. Low rating as the treatment (wax) was extremely painful in comparison to past experiences at other salons. Because of overall experience I don’t feel it was good value for money.
