Firstly all hair was removed but after a lot of tutting and moaning that my hairs had been shaved prior. Didn’t book or pay to be judged. A lot of beauticians do this but I have noticed with this salon in particular it is constant. Lady seemed to want a smoother wax as in once over and all removed so she didn’t have to keep redoing or get her twizzers out which I didn’t have an issue with her using I didn’t mind how long the process took either I just wanted all hairs removed which eventually did happen but I think there’s ways to interact with your client and when finding out she shaves shaking your head in disappointment and horror isn’t one of them!

The service is always professional and they go above and beyond. I felt well taken care of and my only complaint ever is that if the treatment says it will take 45 minutes, I expect it to be that long so leave feeling cheated. But there’s no additional pampering needed as everything is delivered in the shorter time frame.
