I was surprised at how friendly the staff were. They really know their stuff and I felt, just for that hour, that I was on holiday. I was even given the hot rocks rubbing treatment as I'd never experienced it. Made me feel so incredibly relaxed afterwards. I wasn't going to do it, but my wife booked for me to go and it was a very worthwhile experience. First time ever for me, at no stage did I feel anxious or vulnerable. Would definitely go again and definitely recommend it !!!
