The massage itself was great! The only downside was having to wait for over 15 minutes from my scheduled appointment time which was a little frustrating but the massage more than made up for it.

I've been to Cleo Salon once before for a brazilian and had a perfect treatment - polite, efficient and friendly staff with a thorough and beautifully done wax which was mostly painless. This time was totally different: kept waiting in the room while I heard the staff chatting outside, then told they're feeling "lazy" today because it was so quiet (Sunday afternoon). The wax was unusually painful (I was told it was either because of my period, or because my hair was thick). She waxed my bikini into a straight line when I expressly said I wanted a more natural triangle shape, left a fair amount of hair on my labia *and* clumps of wax on my hair and skin. Not good at all.
