Horrendous. This is the second time I've been here and will never go back.
They were short staffed and left the door open while they did this treatment!
The wax was so rushed the wax was being picked off before it was set or ready and was extremely painful.
The woman kept telling me it was my fault that it was painful because I usually shave and I must not use shaving cream!
Good luck to anyone who dares!
