Therapist wasn’t the one I requested on the app. She commenced the treatment and I had to remind her it was the full manicure and shellac as she hadn’t checked what I was there for. Cuticle work was a bit brutal and drew some blood but there was no apology. Overall manicure and shellac was fine but experience was noisy as therapist spoke loudly to others working in the salon- not relaxing at all. At the end, was asked to pay even though I’d already paid through the app. Could be better.

Alright wax - quite quick and fairly painless, however, it was not the most thorough job and some hot wax pieces in the end were not removed properly so I kept on finding sticky bits that I had to pull off myself. Otherwise a quick job and the therapist was fairly nice.
