Staff were quite abrupt and didn’t make me feel welcome, it was almost as though my arrival was an inconvenience. They didn’t have the wax ready when I arrived and despite paying for hot wax, a mixture of hot and strip wax was used. A lot of hair remained after the treatment. I wouldn’t go back.
