Didn't have the best experience unfortunately. The three ladies at the salon seemed to be more interested in sitting in the back room than customers. Quite a few people came in and were waiting unnecessarily long before being asked what they're after. My appt started 15min late without any apology and therapist kept accepting other walk ins for a quick threading jobs while I was waiting during my time slot! Manicure was OK put polish wasn't great, it looks shabby and uneven, not professional :(

I always go to Cleo's for waxing - the staff are really nice and just get the job over and done with as quickly and painlessly as possible. All the therapists I've had there have been good and they're all really lovely.
