I had a deep tissue massage with Pamoura recently and could not recommend her/the treatment more! I’ve been ill for a couple of months so I was feeling really stiff, on top of the usual stiffness I have from sitting at a desk for work. I asked Pamoura to focus on my back and shoulders, and she worked wonders!
I was a bit nervous as I’d previously had a really painful deep tissue massage, but Pamoura was super attentive, kind and went at my pace. She is a star and I will 100% be back!

Jennifer was welcoming and set me at ease right from the start. She did a thorough assessment and listened carefully to everything I told her. The massage itself was amazing! Painful at times on the quads but really worth it. By the following day my back, glutes and legs felt better than they have in a long time. The aftercare program is good and tailored to my specific requirements. I will definitely visit again.
